Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you review product details before purchasing.

No exceptions for opened, unopened, or unused products.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at shop@plasmababe.com within 3 days of receipt.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment:

- Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time of purchase.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

- Flat-rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail
- Small Box: $10
- Medium Box: $18
- Large Box: $24
- Free shipping on orders over $300.
- No international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the order is in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to track and manage delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS.

Warranty Policy (Plamere Pens Only)

We do not provide a direct warranty for Plamere Pens, but they come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. To activate your warranty:

1. Register your Plamere Pen with Plamere directly upon receipt.
2. Warranty claims must be handled through Plamere, not our store.
3. Needles and consumable parts are not covered under warranty.
